What counts as a message?
Each message the AI Sales Agent or Team Manager sends on your own WhatsApp number uses one message from your allowance. Messages on the free demo number don't count.
What happens when my allowance runs out?
Nothing stops. Extra messages are paid from your wallet at ₹0.10 inside the 24-hour window and ₹1.10 outside it. Keep a little balance in your wallet and your AI keeps working.
When does my allowance reset?
Every plan runs for 30 days from the day you buy it, not from the 1st of the month. Renew or upgrade to start a new 30-day cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
You can upgrade at any time, for example from Sales to Combo. The new plan starts straight away with its full allowance and a fresh 30 days. To move to a smaller plan, wait until your current plan ends.
How do I pay?
Pay by any UPI app: scan the QR code in your dashboard, pay and enter the UPI reference number. Your plan or wallet top-up is activated once the payment is confirmed.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No. There's no setup fee, and plans run 30 days at a time. Stop whenever you like.
